BioWelcome to my journal.
I’ve kept many journals in my life. Most of them were in spiral bound notebooks or cheap blank books I picked up on sale racks and in dollar stores. Occasionally I’ve used three ring binders of notebook paper and a few times I’ve used lovely bound journals that were given to me by friends. This is my first online journal.
In fact, this is the first journal I have ever written for other people to read. When I look back at my old journals, many of them were diaries full of mundane events, emotional angst and determined resolutions. I still have one of those that I write in regularly. But because this is a new type of journal for me, I am going to treat it in a new type of way. My hope is to fill these blank pages of mine with a conglomeration of thoughts, ideas, stories, and anecdotes from my life. I won’t update everyday, but the majority of my posts will be long and meaty and hopefully good material for reading over your coffee break. (I promise to use lj cuts to keep the length manageable.)
Everyone is welcome and I love comments and welcome your responses to anything I’ve written. If you chose to friend me, I’d love for you to drop me a comment and let me know so I can get to know you, but it’s not required.
